This review is for the Medical Receptionists at Dr Ashraf's office ONLY. First of all, Dr Ashraf is a good doctor. His front office staff have been really bad l ,and are now worse during COVID-19. Over the years, they have made scheduling appointments really hard. I was trying to make an an appointment, and the lady who answered the phone put the phone off the hook but not on mute , so I heard her mimicking my accent and making fun. .They are so rude and disrespectful . There is not one who is kind or compassionate, which is sad because Dr Ashraf is a really good guy.
