I think it’s clear from the owner’s response what type of person is running the school. You sound like you are in high school but you are probably at least 40. People, please do not waste your money here!!!!

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SCHOOL!!!! When I signed up for this school, I chose them because they didn’t have a time limit on when you’d have to finish. Huge plus, because no other real estate school offered that. When I got into the material, it lacked to say the least. It’s like a 1st grader wrote the course. So I told myself I would take a step back, and come back to the course when I had more time. I recently tried to log in and to my surprise, my material was gone. I emailed them and apparently “the rules have changed” and my material expired. Not only did they not offer a refund, there was no apology for the inconvenience or sudden change. These people are CROOKS. Please choose ANY other school but this one.

I am a Florida licensed Real Estate agent (Illinois Broker equivalent) I’m relocating my residency (but not yet) to Chicago and am trying to gain licensure in Illinois via reciprocity. I drove to the IDFPR, talked to Brokerages in person and via telephone; all to be shoed away from help. In my Final attempts I personally stopped by this school and called the number on the face of the building and spoke to Danielle. Words cannot express the helpfulness that was given to me by her and clear direction in regards to obtaining my Illinois license. I’m not even a student! Unpaid help is unheard of, period. I recommend this school to anyone solely based on my experience with Danielle alone. My wife will be a student there in the next few weeks. Danielle if you’re reading this, thank you so much🙏🏽

Sam Zakarian teaches at our Rogers Park location (7300 N Western Ave). He's a legend in the industry! However, we have amazing instructors at our Morgan St location as well, including the 2021 Illinois Real Estate Educator of the Year, Kimberley Johnson. You'll be in great hands with any of our instructors!

Where can I find this org listed on the IDPFR site?

You can find our IDFPR listing here: https://www.idfpr.com/DRE/Education/REPRECourseList.asp?contact=4274202 It's important to check any school you're considering, to see if they're licensed by the IDFPR - so we're glad you asked! :-)

Do you offer leasing agent classes, that prepare you for the exam. I would like to obtain A leasing agent license.

Sorry, but we no longer offer the Leasing Agent license course. People were coming back to us a few months after taking the class, wanting their Broker (i.e. "Real Estate Agent") license, which includes the Leasing Agent qualification. If you're 21 and have graduated (or GED), we encourage you to consider becoming a Broker - here's more information... https://dev.realestateschoolchicago.com/how-to-become-real-estate-agent-illinois/
