The location was great. The lobby decor was beautiful. The lightning in the room was horrible, a few stains in the carpet, the shower/tub needed a bleaching. AND there was not one full length mirror. Please invest in full length mirrors.

The hotel is nice. Convenient, decent beds. But this review is more about one of the staff. I witnessed a very ugly display of hostility by a guest at the pool during my stay here. The guest was asked by a security guard to please not open emergency exit doors at the pool to which the guest continued to reply that she had no interest in complying and repeatedly berated the employee for doing his job. The security guard, about three times the size of this woman, demonstrated incredible patience and restraint in continuously explaining the hotel’s policy and his position. While I was so ashamed to have my children watching this petulant guest, I was equally thrilled to have an example of how to best respond. Thank you to the security guard for being an exemplary human being.

While the price was right. The property is aged... showing around the window sill, peeling paint, out of order elevator. The staff is AWESOME especially Ms. Dorothea Rogan. The chocolate chip cookies were delightful and the warm blanket was warmly received. I will stay again.

Great experience! Went for a wedding and the service was great! Dorothea was so helpful in getting my room situated after arriving too early for check in! The place was clean and all staff members who I encountered were friendly and helpful!
