Tried to order pizza online. Rewards pizza...spent 20 minutes on line...called manager can't help...gave phone number to corporate headquarters , called and they are no help...ridiculous !!! They don't care !!! Lost our business...because managers don't have any control over the website... sorry...just no help at all... phone number the manager gives you...no answer on week end... bye bye 👋 never order domino's again!!!

Took 2 hours to get.our food delivered. Kids ended up eating after 11pm. I didnt even eat because my food was burnt so bad it was inedible. DO BETTER!!!

Just got a pie delivered from the local Domino's, a Domino's that I order from on average a few times a month. For whatever reasons the pie I got after a 45 minute weight was very substandard, including being barely lukewarm and sparse in ingredients (I ordered EXTRA CHEESE and could barely see any cheese) I called to register my concerns. I'm not a complaint or send it back guy, but this pizza was really that bad. After a brief hold, the line picked up, "Thank you for calling Domino's. This is ALEX, how can I help you?" I registered my disdain with ALEX, who apologized then said, "My general Manager was here making pizzas earlier." Not knowing exactly what to take from that comment, I again pleaded with ALEX the horribleness of the pizza that was delivered. Again he offered a weak apology. I responded, "Apologies are great, but what are we going to do about this." "With that attituded, we aren't doing anything." I was incredulous. "Are you kidding me? I asked what we're 'doing about this?'." He said, "Yeah. That's attitude. Have a nice night," and hung up on me. Not sure I could even believer what I just heard, I called back a couple minutes later. This Time ALEX answered but left his name out of the greeting. "I know it's you ALEX, and I'm not going to let this lie." To which he responded ,"Why don't you come down and..." Catching himself mid-threat he then finished, "have a nice night," and hung up on me again. Maybe ALEX is a product of the recent staffing shortage. Maybe ALEX is a brain-dead idiot who doesn't know how to give good customer service. More than likely, ALEX is just a self-important jerk who thinks he's above it all. No matter which, this Domino's just lost a customer. PizzaVola is just right down the street and WAAAAAY better. Finish your threat, ALEX!

I am not sure if it varies at all, but my delivery fee has been $2.79. That does not go to the driver so, be sure to tip them also.
