Nice variety of equipment to use. Some I'm going to suggest that my gym back home get. A/C kept us cool while it was 90°+ out. Clean and the staff was friendly. We'll visit again.

Great spot for a day pass while you wait to board your ship. A lot of cardio, strength training equipment, and free weights. I’ve stopped in here 3 times in the last year on the mornings before a cruise, always a great experience.

No we do not have a swimming pool, but we are arranging aqua fitness classes at the LaQuinta next door for later this Fall/early winter.

No, there is no pole dancing classes. Zumba, spin and many other varieties of aerobic style classes though. I'm one of the Spin Instructors there and welcome to visit our facility by the sea and enjoy a great experience there.
