Drunk and Rowdy

beware when ordering from the app, they are likely to not have what you ordered and not have a substitute, as this has happened multiple times. that’s is they even allow mobile ordering, as they have turned this off during “peak times”. I have given this dunkin several chances (10+) hoping each time will be better, yet let down time and time again. the staff are clearly overworked and being in a tourist town, the chaos and confusion inside the store is very real. inconsistent coffee and food. save yourself the headache and drive to another Dunkin.

One lady working and she was quick and very friendly. My toasted bagel and bacon was fresh and crispy. My son enjoyed his donuts and we have absolutely no complaints. It would be nice for them to get her some help though.
