Living here has been really nice. When i have an issue management is easy to work with getting on it right away. Going into the office for things i need is always easy. The apartments were recently updated a bit which is nice it’s a good “first apartment” if you have a 1bdrm. Bugs aren’t really an issue for me specifically i usually only see spiders if i leave an area unswept too long. In the winter i Recommend putting up the blackout curtains it REALLY helps keep the heat in if you have a draft coming through. It’s quiet around here which i love especially at night

I moved here August 2020 it was great start for me and my family, but then I start having sink problems and bug issues. Blue Station tried to blame me for the bug problem and they are forcing me to move out let alone constantly raising the rent every year. Management are very disrespectful and horrible I don’t recommend this apartment complex to anybody.

Although it’s quiet around here for the most part, The rent is rising but NO renovation is being done. These apartments are very outdated.

Nothing ever works here. First the heat doesn’t ever come on now it doesn’t turn off. My oven doesn’t work and they don’t want to fix it. My kitchen sink leaks my everything is just bad here
