!! Wouldn't be generous enough to give me a library card(not activated) even after being offered money for it....shame on them and their privileged elitism.....this part of the country has really lost sense of what generosity is

We are so fortunate to have this library in our neighborhood. Workers are polite and friendly- they always say hello when you come in. The fiction section is well stocked. The parking lot makes it easier to drop by for a book or DVD.

Hi Hannah! Our youth services librarians suggest "I survived the American Revolution, 1776" by Lauren Tarshis or "Daniel at the Siege of Boston, 1776" by Laurie Calkhoven. Feel free to give us a call or stop by if you need more help!

Where is the lovely hand painted bench that used to be at the foyer entrance to the library?! Lyrics to “ it’s a wonderful world” was painted on it. It was purchased for the community to enjoy and has more character than the modern bench!

Katherine Glattard | Oct 27, 2018
Sarah Beth Brown | Oct 27, 2018

Hello! Library staff here! The bench has been relocated to the Books Down Under bookstore on the Library's lower level. We hope the community can enjoy the bench as they browse the wonderful used bookstore run by the Friends of the Library.
