I'd give a 5 star but the male manager messed that one up. So given the situation with my spouse the manager called our room he was very rude, didn't want to explain anything to me, threatened to call the cops and me and my children more than once. And still refused to tell me why. I myself am very experienced with customerservice. The manager whom I spoke with refused to give me his name. I've already contacted corporate office. I will not be coming back to this hotel until its under new management.

We stayed 2 nights and will again when in the area. The general manager, Kapil Bava, and his staff kept the common areas very clean. Breakfast was very good and the whole stay was great
