Maintenance requests basically goes in the bin, the washer/dryer is ALWAYS broke—they also let the machines steal your coins and don’t reimburse you. You would think maintenance will come in and monitor the machines at least monthly since the whole building only have 2 washers and 2 dryers. They never answer the phone. Not into it.

This place feels like the projects. Looks nothing like the photos. Washers and dryers barely work. Apartment outdated. Not worth the money.

The landlord is not nice and my friend let me wash clothes there next time they should have a sign saying you can’t wash clothes there if you don’t live there
