I had a bat in my apartment many times. The bat stayed in my apartment overnight because they advertise an emergency # but no one lives on the premises. Saturday morning my toilet overflowed. I left a message at about 4am & went to work. I gave them permission to enter. Saturday night when I arrived home towels & water was still everywhere. I left another message. They are closed Sundays & remember no emergency person on call. M called me at 10:06 am this morning (Monday) & said they did not get my message. This is personal & Globtrotters (the owners) did not call me back.

Marcela is very deceptive she gives false information and when confronted she get amnesia and tries to over talk you. I've ask several times for the owner information and she wouldn't provided it because she's was deceptive in giving information I asked for..poor Anna has to be involved in this if anyone knows the owners information please post it. They actually need someone who is honest and has compassion to manage the complex.if anyone has the corporate information please post it. For those that still live there you all need to get some type of tenant organization because Marcela is a deceptive person they need someone like miss Anna in charge. Watch her Anna she has lied on you this is why she won't give up corporate information.

I am coming up on my 1 year lease renewal and I must say that I have loved everything about living at RSA. From the moment I moved in I felt like family. I absoluley adore my neighbors and feel a sense of community within my divison. About the apartements, I was blessed to get one of the newly renovated/rehabbed units and I love everything about my place. It is a true condo style unit. Everything is brand new from top to bottom. The kitchen has granite countertops and all brand new appliances. New flooring (no carpet) walls and ceilings. The staff is amazing as well. Ms. Anna took me under her wing the day I inquired about one of the places and from that day on I felt like I was home. Her and Marcella have been like my fairy god aunts. I have truly loved being here and have been blessed to be surrounded by some amazing people in the community.

Marcella of Richton Square Apartments specifically is habitually rude! I referred someone to them and she talked very nasty to them and has a very unpleasant disposition. She is also like this with tenants on a regular basis. There is no good reason to make people feel less than and that's what it feels like walking away from her.
