Was t able to get the service done due to family health but they made an appointment for me and did all they could do. I wish we would have gotten to see those skills but next time I'm in Chicago I'll try and go again.

I love her work, BUT this is not somewhere to go if you plan on doing anything with your day. I had a bad experience about 2 years ago because I wanted my hair done for my baby shower. My appointment was originally scheduled for Thursday and she said she had to reschedule for Friday which was the day of my baby shower. I told her that if I rescheduled I would have to be the first appointment because I had a lot of things to do. So she rescheduled me for Friday at 9. I got there early and she was late. I tried not to let it get to me, but by 10:30 I still wasn’t seen. I was very upset because I told her my situation and it was like my time was not value. I decided to leave because my baby shower started at 2 and there were still things I needed to do before then. Fast forward to now, I found a new lady, but I couldn’t go to her, so I decided to go here again and that was a terrible decision. I am a mom and a doctor and my time is very valuable as is everyone else’s time. I was very upset again because it’s like my time was not respected. My appointment was set for 1:45 and I was not washed until after 3. By 6 I was still sitting with conditioner in my hair. I had to cancel a very important dinner because again my time was not valued here. I will never come back to this place. Again it’s amazing work but my time is too valuable to me.
