I have not experience any flooding since my 8 months of being here.

Rite all they want is money they dont care about nun else

I guess they have a time line because of the many units and severity of the problem.

I have not experience any thing to break my lease however the stench that flows thru the air and heat system is a bother.

I did have that problem with my neighbor moving and left the cat behind i did call the corp office how ever i think it should be up to pangea to rid of stray tenants animals lef behind other tenant should not be subjected to that.

I wouldnt know i never ask about inspections.

Since my 8 months here i only experience a short communication with the last male, and had nothing to say negative. However tje new young women nidia has been excellent if i call or go into the office she response immediately good customer service.

Texting is good to maintain one on one to get to know your tenants however it shoul always be about the prolerty business and never personal.

That sounds like no communication between the property manager and corp.

I aggree everyone should pickup behind their dogs and teach kids were trash goes.

Yes i have up and down stairs however they nolonger provide washer and dryers however they are allowed if you have one.

Everyone has their own pace of working but you cant be too careful .

They only check to make sure you make enough to afford the place.

It depends on how old they are and where about like you have some nice spots and others bad... and the heat not good not up to part stays cold have to have heaters I cant wait to move

YES BUT NO!!!! NASTY, SMELLY SEWER WATER ALWAYS BACKS UP THROUGH THE DRAIN, SO YOU DEFINITELY DONT WANNA PUT ANYTHING VALUABLE DOWN THERE!!

I feel if your animal drop , then you should clean if you donot then fine the tenanys who have pets for a cleanup fee

Its ok howeverthe office manager and the property manager both has show professionalism and excellent serfice.

Yes we agree it used to be very nice before the current people were brought in. Now not at all, although the woman in the office with the natural hair is always nice and professional.
