The imams sermoning on Friday in this mosque are unmindful and oblivious to people who commute from far to pray Jumuaa prayer during one hour lunch break and then they have to eat and to go back to work on time. I have seen people leaving the mosque during Khotba. Very annoying.يسّروا ولا تعسّروا، بشّروا ولا تنفّروا

The Jumaa Imam stretch the Kotba too much . Put in regard that we have a schedule to follow . Please 30 minutes is 30 minutes. on 10/08/20201 . Best regards . Hopefully next time you time it the way that satisfy Allah and whoever present on the upcoming prayers .

I'm a new revert and I'm a recluse, but I'm trying to find SOMEWHERE to go that teaches one about proper prayers, how to pronounce the Arabic words, how to attend a Masjid. I'm extremely disabled and cannot do prostration or going to the floor. HELP!

Chris you can go to the masjid and ask the imam to help you with your question

I want to know if the imam is reading salat loudly like maghrib should the people behind the imam also recite fatiha or they should jus listen and follow the imam?

There is a difference of opinion on this matter. Imam Shafii recommends to recite the Fatiha to yourself after the Imam does. The other Madhabs (madhahib) say to just listen to the imam, as his recitation counts for the congregation.

Wassalam, thank you for reaching out. Yes we do have regular jumma prayers, but social distancing and masks are required.
