I made the critical error in moving my rental property portfolio away from Karen to another competing NWI Property Manager. The grass wasn't greener. At the "other Company" I was treated like an ATM with property rehabs, like a nuisance when we had problems that they did not view as "our" problems and when issues got real bad, they terminated my relationship right during eviction proceedings. Word of advice to any landlords out there - Karen Miller would never do something like that to her clients. So, here is a well deserved 5 star review for a Property Manager who will ride with you during tough times and look out for your best interests.
