My boyfriend booked a hotel here and I live in Florida I was super excited about it but unfortunately was astonished at the service their staff is offering. Not only was the front desk person extremely rude and acted like he was too good to be working there. The ENTIRE room and level of floor we were in was extremely HOT. When we asked for help, they brought a fan and said they couldn’t do much about it. I got into an argument with the front desk person and so did another guest. The bar said it was supposed to be open from A certain time and nobody was ever there. Cops were called from his side and my own as well. We spoke to the manager in the morning where she said she would follow up with me and recently called to say they can’t do anything about it. Nice decor in the room but Absolutely the worse place I’ve ever stayed . I highly recommend going somewhere else

Positive: A beautiful boutique hotel 1 block from the ocean. The staff was amazing so accommodating and friendly. The lobby was way and had a pool table. The room was amazing with a fireplace and beautifully decorated, very clean. I highly recommend!

We had a really beautiful quick fall getaway at this property conveniently located right at Pier Village. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the fireplaces was a real treat to have! We would definitely stay at the property again and suggest it for everyone looking for a quick getaway from Manhattan - especially given all the options offered as park of the pier village complex.
