Used to be much better. Prices rising (some higher than retail seems) so "permanent" 20 percent discount no longer a draw. Quality off too, many familiar brands gone to be replaced with unknowns. Only reason go there anymore, and reason not given less stars, is health and beauty section.

Bed, Bath and Beyond (BBB) has a fantastic clearance sale! Many items 70% off, as well as 50% off. I purchased some Christmas items for next year at the maximum discount. I was there to look at some wedding registry items. The associate at the registry desk was very helpful in identifying the bride's specific china and everyday dishes, as well as her everyday cutlery. I was searching for some extra serving pieces and she spent extra time looking (none at BBB) and whether there were any similar pieces (yes). She also helped me identify the sale process of some items that weren't labeled with the retail price, which helped me decide to purchase them. A few personal items were picked out and I was ready to check out. Since I had forgotten my physical coupons and was not going to spend much on this shipping trip, I almost decided not to make a purchase today. I was pleasantly surprised that I could bring the receipt back in and still receive the discount! My shipping trip was very pleasant and all the associates were helpful. I shall be back to purchase wedding registry gifts and other items in the near future.
