The Store Manager is solid. His Greeter at the door Matt is a Pleasure who is consistent and observant. Confirmed my $500 Contest Win and told by V P Partner of Ownership Group in California to obtain Gift Card ($500) with Joe B. (Unit Manager)at Warrington Store It is apparent that the Door Person who has known me for two years and we respect one another. He has a KEEN eye on Store Politics. A tenured Manager at the Conshocken Store ( at least 12 years) NEVER heard of a WINNER. He, like others, thought it a ploy/scam to build the Mail List Base. Spoke with the Rep from Texas (Savanna) she promised to get me my card ASAP. Told Savanna that my Attorney was on the recorded call. More and more it looks like a SCAM. I want my $500 gift card. If not, I will take Civil Action in Court

Up till today, we spent thousands of dollars a year at the Warrington BJs, but we're done. RUDE, IGNORANT customer service dept. Due to a lost CCard after spending a fortune there, I waited on hold the entire time it took to drive back there and get some help with this. Obviously, I was in a panic. I was appalled that the rep rudely dismissed me -snapping, nobody found a card and to call and cancel it - No offer of assistance. How am I supposed to quickly cancel the card if I don't have it?? It's not their fault I lost my card, but geeze, a little courtesy? Less attitude maybe? So BJs, don't waste your time responding as if you cared after the fact. Costco is just down the street.

Not too crowded, big choice and wholesale is really working here (as a tire assortment, gas station, sheds and garden staff)

Sentient Soup

Great prices and easy-to-find items. The store is very large and has almost anything you could be looking for. The prices are very low (as you would expect it being a wholesale club) and they always have good deals on products. The employees there are generally very helpful which makes the shopping experience as a whole better. I would definitely recommend this location.
