Been coming here weekly for over two years because it's the closest to my apartment. Came today at 7:30 and door was locked. Woman inside working looked at me and shook her head no. Sign says last wash 7:45. If you want me to come earlier, no problem. Change the sign. Staff in general can be pretty rude and will blame you if there's ever an issue with their machines. Taking my business elsewhere.

I've been a customer for a few years and I had a great experience there. The lady who works there helpful and courteous. I lost an envelope with $1300 dollars there I called the next day to see if was there she said yes you forgot here and come anytime to pick up. Thank you so much 😊

La mujer están grosera, si le haces una pregunta te responde de una manera tan fea. She is so miserable, don’t even know how to answer back the customer and its just a simple question. Always has the same bad attitude with me, I wish I could speak to someone about it but I don’t know who to call.
