Best laundry mat that I have used in a while. I am not sure why it has negative reviews but they are so friendly here and clean. I had two very large baskets and the gentleman who works here greeted me at the door took one so I wasn’t struggling and asked me to put the other down and said he’d help me right after. He said he would also help me bring it outside. Such great customer services. I would recommend this place to anyone. He helped me by telling me to check the launddh in 20 min to make sure my sheets didn’t get mixed in to my blanket so it all dried evenly. Between talking to me and how helpful he was I am very thankful. Definitely coming here everytime I need to wash lines. We have a small apartment washer and dryer so we can’t fit any linens in there so I was leery of coming to a laundry mat that I had never been to because I am new to the area and I have no regrets at all.

I put my clothes in the washer...the lady came over and insisted on putting the quarters in and also changed the setting i put the machine on to another setting...went to the store and Dunkin Donuts.... (which is in the same plaza) came back and the lady took my clothes out and left them in a basket cart. Ok.... So then put the my clothes in the dryer and my boyfriend dropped me off at the dentist half a mile away, he went back and she had taken our clothes out of the dryers and left them in a basket cart half dry. She was really rude and followed us around like we were going to steal a washer and dryer. I will never go back. And don't recommend this place to anyone.
