Not a great selection (catering to a certain extent to Poles) but there was always some good stuff there. A decent place to study but I don't recall there being many comfortable chairs. If you leave your car in the lot and go somewhere else you might get locked in the lot.

I actually just went to vote but it's a beautiful library. Yje staff is very nice. Also the voting workers were just so helpful and polite.

Unfortunately not. However, you can upload your document or take a photo, and a free online service like FaxZero. Just Google it.
Libraries are not open on Sundays
Is that a book title? I checked with the spelling you give and the alternate spelling of cybernavigators and didn't find anything in Chicago Public Library online catalog. You might want to chat with a reference librarian.
