The two Sausage products we have that aren’t spicy are the pork Polish Sausage and the Chicken Polish Sausage. Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Bland - it is appreciated! I'm truly sorry that your experience with our products has not been positive. Your comments regarding the sausage swelling when it is cooked leads me to believe you may be purchasing the "Skinless" product as opposed to the product that is stuffed using the "Natural Hog Casing" - our Hot Smoked Sausage is available in both versions and the skinless product plumps when you cook it as opposed to the hog casing stuffed sausage which maintains more of it's original shape. Our formulations remain unchanged on our products with the exception of the removal of MSG several years ago.
