3.3stars. Note:TwoEZpay stations for paying off tickets; available inside. (Tip, you can pay off tix at any Police Station 24x365). Salty administrative revenue staff behind bullet proof glass. Bought two City Stickers and two motorcycle medallions recently. Paid by check. No line that day. Took 10 minutes. City clerk Christopher was helpful, friendly and efficient. Don't pay an additional fee at the Currency exchange...buy here. Warning, the lines can be slow! Mask requirement! NO CELLPHONES. Attached free Parking lot is tight, parking on Pulaski is possible.
