Just wanted to thank Dr. Kristen Browne, Jenna and staff for taking such good care of my Stewie. he received laser therapy as well as water therapy in the HF location. Stewie enjoyed his acupuncture sessions with Dr. Browne at the Webster location. He was diagnosed with a brain tumor in June 2021. He had radiation for the tumor but at his age (10) he also had some back pain and hip weakness, so he had acupuncture treatments about every two weeks. It did help with his pain and mobility. Sadly I lost my boy last week due to an unrelated condition, he had liver cancer. Just wanted to say thanks again everyone at Theravet for their compassion and kindness to me and of course my Stewie. You can tell when somebody actually cares about your pet❤️

Honestly, I regret putting so much money into my dogs physical therapy visits. It was very inconsistent in the sense of getting an appointment with a well trained vet tech, I would say there is only 1-2 good techs that handle the physical therapy visits there that really knew what they were doing. If you do not call within 24 hours they charge you a $50 fee if you cancel, which my air conditioner went out and I asked them if I could move my appointment the day of because my dog overheats easily and it is 90° and they called me back saying we should part ways which obviously the doctors husband has some anger issues. Mind you the amount of money I have spent on this place and on the initial doctor exam is very unprofessional and I will NOT recommend this place. Better off going with ROC pet rehab.

Highly recommend, have been very attentive to helping my dog recover from knee surgery and doing the underwater treadmill.

The team at Theravet Acres was warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. They were very patient and understanding with our anxious rescue pup. They gave us a comprehensive assessment (including a detailed report) and multiple treatment options. We never felt pressured into pursuing a course of treatment that we weren't comfortable doing. They answered all of our questions and it's clear they are truly in this field for the animals. Thank you, Theravet Acres for all your help!

Our 5 year dacshound is unable to walk with her hind legs. It started May 4th, 2019. She is under complete crate rest and taking meds. Do you offer a treatment that would regain use if her back legs?

This facility helped my golden retriever regain proper use of his back left leg after pulling ligaments in his knee, they are amazing, they are wonderful in the way they treat the animals at this facility and the treatments that they use are phenomenal!!!!!

Do you guys do laser surgery on a dog with lick granuloma?

We do not do laser surgery. Depending on the cause and severity, there may be some options for treatment with our Class IV therapy laser. We have had some sucess with this as well as shockwave therapy and chiropractic. We would recommend consulting your primary care veterinarian and asking for a referral to TheraVet for evaluation of the condition.
