I had a really positive experience with the in-home estimate. Good conversation and felt really good about the company and process when the rough measurements wrapped up. I was looking at new kitchen countertops and cabinets. Not a huge project but certainly more than a wet bar or a small side project. In any case, I've been ghosted. I've reached out twice, both times after the tail end of the 3 or so week time window to receive the quote. It's now 7 days after my last e-mail, and I haven't heard back. A long wait/lead time in 2022 is understandable; not returning correspondence is not. Keep moving to avoid wasting your time.
