Dillion and his helper did a great job. He explained everything they were going to do. I would definitely recommend S&J plumbing.

Had to have rodding done of a bathroom drain for the toilet and shower and sink. I have nothing but great things to say about Ryan and his assistant Toby. They were so pleasant to work with. Coupled with being professional, knowledgeable, throughout and personable., they sure earned my business and totally recommend S&J!!

Kyle was great. He came on time with an apprentice, provided a quote up front, installed the water heater, was very friendly, and walked me through the work. I would use them again.

We called S andJ Plumbing in the morning and told them that we had a possible sewer backup. The plumbers Dylan and Connor arrived by 2pm and I described our situation to them. They explained what and how they were going to manage the job and proceeded to explain everything they were doing step by step. In a matter of minutes the blockage was removed, sewer pipe cleaned out and they ran the video camera in the pipe to show us what it looked like before and after. Great job!!! Excellent company to work with. We highly recommend doing business with S and J.

If your pit is not sealed you can reach down in the pit and manually activate the switch. You can also pour buckets of water into the pit to simulate water entering the pit. Testing the amp draw with a voltmeter is also a good idea. Checking your battery backup system should also be done. There may be a "test" button on your battery backup system that you can press. Batteries should be replaced every 3 years. While nobody knows exactly when a pump will fail a good rule of thumb is any pump over 6-8 years old should be replaced. -S and J Plumbing
