Horribly unprofessional for such a delicate matter. I went into the Rochester NY location. I was asked my name as soon as I opened the door. I could not get to the desk. As I get all the way into the office there is a patient sitting at the desk waiting to be called into the back to be seen. I walked over to take a seat and before I could sit down the Receptionist yells I need your Drivers Licenses and Insurance card. I wasn't called to the desk and wasn't comfortable going because the patient was still sitting at the desk. I give the receptionist my Drivers Licenses and insurance card on my way to sit down the receptionist says here I need you to fill this out. I say ok and begin to fill out the information. I'm half way through when the receptionist says "oh give that back there's some stuff you don't have to fill out". I was getting really agitated. I then return the packet to the receptionist who crosses off a bunch of questions that I don't need answer. I continue to fill out the packet when I'm asked from across the room whose your PCP and OBGYN? I'm in shock as this can't be real. Then I'm called up to the desk to e-sign a HIPPA Form which I reply you have violated HIPPA. I will not be staying for this appointment this office is very unprofessional. The receptionist replied so what do you want to do. I then said speak to the Office Manager. The receptionist says you can speak to a doctor. I replied ok that's fine. I waited in a back room for a few minutes, and left the doctor never showed up. I really I didn't have to give USA Fibroid Center any stars but I am unable to post my review without at least one star. Not deserving! This place is absolutely horrible!
