Their time estimates to complete the work are always spot on, and every time I’ve made an appointment everything has gone to plan. They also provide massive savings comparative to dealer estimates. This is a huge value to me as I need to schedule the repairs/maintenance around my own job responsibilities. They’re straight shooters on how the car looks, what needs to be replaced, and forecasting for the future. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here, and will continue to utilize their services.

The first time I went to Affordable Automotive was to get a quote on replacement of a CV axle. I had taken it to another shop who wanted to charge $800. Having some knowledge about vehicles, I knew that it was not an $800 job. Victor gave me a quote over the phone and I was so happy to hear the price, I thought it was almost too good to be true. They repaired my car the same day. It was in and out within 2 hours. What Victor quoted me was the exact charge, nothing more...no hidden costs. I had to take my vehicle again on 3/4/22 for a different set of problems. Victor once again got me in quickly. The mechanic completed his diagnostic, Victor called right away and told me everything that needed to be addressed. Being a single mom, I'm on a strict budget so I could only get a couple of things fixed for now. Victor helped me out by advising which issues needed to be prioritized for my safety and helped a bit with one of the costs. My vehicle was fixed the same day. Not only are they quick at Affordable, they understand people's situations and try to help them out. They don't take advantage of their customers. Victor is honest, professional, not pushy and genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend Affordable Automotive for all your repair needs. I won't be going anywhere else!

After bringing my car to Nissan dealership with an appointment twice without getting anything done, (they didn’t even look at it I know as I saw it brought out of the parking lot not their service shop), I finally found Affordable Automotive Repair Shop. My car had a check engine light problem when I brought it in, it was quickly attended to and fixed same day! Tim & his team are very professional, and accommodating. I went back again when my car won’t start and even left my car overnight at their shop at no charge at all(it was a car key problem). They could have just charge me with anything but no, they are honest and they value integrity in their work. I highly recommend them.
