Regular customer here -- wanted to leave some more praise for recent work. I go to the UofA, and upon smelling gas, learned my car had a fuel leak as diagnosed by a shop referred to me in Tucson. Due to that shop's schedule and part shortages, my car pretty much just sat for about a week and I ultimately had to pick it up without being fixed -- their estimate for a fixed car was another ~5 days. Pretty frustrated, I called James: he was able to get me in super quickly, worked out a solution to the parts issue, and I had my car done ~1.5 days from when I first called and at a reasonable price. Will probably never try to go anywhere else again, and was 100% worth the hassle towing my car back up here to have the folks at AZ Bimmer work on my car.
