sat and waited 30 minutes before our server arrived, and the place was not busy. appetizer and dinner came out at the same time, and better that we did not have utensils at our table. after 10 minutes,we walked up to one of the other servers who was visibility on his phone along with the other servers, to ask for utensils. overall poor experience, with terrible service and quality of cleanliness. WILL NOT GO BACK EVER!

It’s Father’s Day and my wife and kids decided to take me out to eat. Since I was already in the Palisades mall, I decided Buffalo Wild Wings would be a fun choice. Boy was I wrong! As we entered we were told to have a seat and wait for the host to sit us, we waited 10 minutes when a white family came in and was seated immediately. I’m not saying it was about race, but this is what happened. After complaining to the manager, we were seated at a wobbly table with a rip in the booth’s seat. The manager said he would be at the table, but after another 10 minutes and my family and I watching the other family receive their drinks and order their food, no one arrived to our table. I decided to leave and eat at another restaurant even though we had our hopes for Buffalo. This obviously out a damper on my Father’s Day!

Balanced and taste good. Love wings? You need to know this place. For me it is second only to good tacos. Some of the many orders I made came out perfect, and some were just alright. But the bottom line: I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings.

Very slow and unprofessional service, waitresses are not well trained. The eating area is dirty as well as the restroom is filthy and smelly. Good wings.
