For our first apartment it was clean, a good size and affordable. A big part of the reason for us picking this place was because of the pool and the area. However, we moved in in August and found out the pool was closed due to being short staffed. The next summer comes around and they kept putting off the opening of the pool due to lack of employees. We asked if there was any compensation we could receive and since it’s considered a “free amenity” there was nothing they could do, but things like that are all incorporated into the rent nothing is really ever free. It also put us off that there’s only 2 sets of a washer & dryer in each complex and you have to pay 2 dollars for a small load. We were constantly getting noise complaints even though we never had people over or were loud, but when we made noise complaints we rarely got a response and the noises we heard never stopped. Not that we would’ve renewed our lease anyway, but because of all these false noise complaints we weren’t able to renew our lease. If you want to live with a lot of senior citizens who will try to get you kicked out and a rude leasing manager this is the place for you!

The advantages of the apartment are affordable, sunny, and the school district is good. There are also many shortcomings. The apartment may take a long time. When you check in, the ground is damaged and unmaintained. The tiles are cracked and cannot be maintained. The refrigerator isolation layer is broken. It is not a wooden floor. Afterwards, we slowly cleaned up and dealt with it by ourselves. There were bugs, and there was a strong smell of marijuana outside the house at night. We paid a lot of money to handle this ourselves. The management of the apartment is not friendly enough, the humanitarianism is poor, the lady manager has a bad attitude, some discrimination, and treats some tenants very aggressively. When we first came to rent a house, my friend brought us here and said that there are some discrimination issues here, and they will treat the tenants separately. She politely put on very delicate makeup, and even let his American boyfriend I communicated first. I didn’t understand it very well at the time. Until now, I have encountered these situations. We will be moved out in a month, even ignoring the legal requirements. They may think that their apartment is very good, and we are just ordinary renters. Customers, just looking for a temporary foothold during the excessive purchase of a house, what did they not offend? There is no need to force us to leave in such a vicious manner, but also within such a short period of time. What's more, because living here cost us a lot to maintain and decorate the house.

I lived there on two separate occasions and loved my stay there. Facilities are quick in responding to requests and management is nice.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would save your money save your time save your stress levels if you want to live with trash people and lazy maintenance people then this is your place to live but if you value where you live don't even bother with this place

How much are the one bedroom apartment and what included. Lookinh for one

They range based on size but the one my mother lived in was a large 1-bedroom/1 bath with walkin closet for $800 per month including heat and hot water and pool access. Basic cable use to be included but has been removed from the package beginning in 2018. Also if you wamt a covered parking spot thay costs extra. Laundry in the basement cost $1 to wash and $1 to dry per load amd tomens can be purchased at the rental office.
