Burlington in Rochester was very disappointing. The shelves and racks were partially empty and there was merchandise all over the floor. We barely made it out with what we needed. They are looking for employees so I will give the benefit of the doubt that lack of employees is the culprit.

I was in the Henrietta, NY store and it was disappointing as it was disorganized and the cashier was on a personal call the whole time cashing out!!
