As long as it's not 21 and over, if you don't have an ID you can just bypass the check. You won't get a wristband and can't drink. I'm old enough, but wasn't going to drink at Stone Sour, so I skipped the check.
If the specific event allows it, you will be fine. I would bring an I'd with an age and matching name just to be safe
