My coffee isnt hard to make at all its an X-tra large Hot double Cake Batter 6 cream 6 sugar they first give me an iced coffee with french vanilla 3 cream 6 sugar then a small double cake batter no cream or sugar then a large double cake batter with 6 and 6 so I tell them No its supposed be an extra large so this guy pours the large which mind you wasnt full into an extra large cup and tries to give me that so I nicely tell him I'm not taking it and I would like my money back and he refused to do so because there was no manager on. All 3 employees were extremely rude.

I've ordered sandwiches from this location and twice have had long nasty hair in it. I've asked for a refund and refused saying I put the hair in it. My hair isn't purple or pink so this sandwich maker needs find other work

Avoid and go to the one down the road. Can’t get food orders right! This place is right by my house, super convenient, unfortunately about 90% of the time they have messed up mine or my bf’s order. Absolutely ridiculous, always check your bags before you drive off bc they probably forgot something or made a mistake…

Customer service could have been friendlier, but I understand people can have bad days! This is why I gave the 3 stars. Overall I came here to get Carmel swirl iced coffee... but I seen that they had some new coconut refreshers and wanted to try it out. I picked the strawberry one and it was delicious it reminded me of the pink drink from Starbucks but with less sugar! They have 3 flavors to choose from the strawberry, a pomegranate, and the other I believe is fruit punch; but I'm not too sure. I bought a medium size and it cost me 4dollars and some change. #Dunkinrefreshers #DunkinDonuts I tried the purple pomegranate! It was delicious as well!
