Popped in here on a whim while I was waiting for someone, and glad I did. The employees were very nice, and everything tasted great. I tend to get overwhelmed by the amount of items on the menu, but the cashier was patient with me while I decided what to get and answered my questions. The atmosphere was pleasant as they continued to be nice and friendly with everyone who walked in after me to get their orders as well.

I was in line first and made my order. Two girls came in after and they seemed like they are close friends with the girl at the counter. I was waiting for my order but the drink that the other girls ordered came up first. So I asked how come I ordered first but my order comes up later? She simply just said oh I was just helping with the orders. She didn’t even apologize. It was just a vanilla cream cold brew that you just need to pour into the cup. It’s just ridiculous.

This is a Syracuse University Cafe that sells Starbucks products (like Barnes and Noble and Target). It is staffed by SU Food Services employees and students (hence why they wear SU Food Services polos and hats). You can earn rewards here, but you can't redeem them. This location is accessible, and doesn't get anywhere as busy as the Marshall Street Location. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff - very friendly!
