One of the best places in the world to get pho ga (if you’re lucky with innards dipped in ginger sauce). Been going here since the 90s and they are still the nicest family to serve the Sacramento region.

Really strict. They got their door lock. One person at a time. And after you order. They have you wait in your car or outside.
