I have seen this smoothie king location go from ok to absolutely horrible in the last couple years. Today took the cake, I put in an online order and showed up to get it at the estimated time. Instead of any type of greeting the guy said "what did you want?" After I had just stood there staring at him for a couple minutes. I told him I was there for my online order and watched him call someone else who sorted through about 20 orders that were neglected. After another 20 minutes of waiting I realized their lunch was all over the customer area,and nobody had their hair covered or contained in any way. They finally got my smoothies and all 4 of them are NOT up to smoothie king standard. I worked at smoothie king for a few years and this is not what the expectation is. Its sad to see the standards have lowered that much with training.

This location, hands down, is the worst smoothie king I have ever been to. There were 2 young women and a young man. I was the only customer in the building, there were customers in the drive thru. I walked to the register and neither one of the girls that were in the front acknowledged me. Finally I ordered. It took them 20 minutes to fix 2 smoothies. One being kid sized. I watched them walk to the back twice to talk. The whole 20 or so minutes I was the ONLY customer inside. It’s so very clear they do not value customer service. I usually let things roll off my shoulder but this was unacceptable.

Memorial Day 2021 around 4pm. Hair in my smoothie and not just one. Never going to this location again. Avoiding smoothie king for a while.
