Parking is outrageously expensive ($15 for minor-league hockey??). Food is mediocre, not much selection, and is over-priced.

Great small arena. Seats are comfortable and the sightlines were clear for most people (top of the sections on the end would have issues seeing). Fun for AHL and college hockey
Brian Fogarty
Was there for college hockey game. Had a blast. Arena was easy to navigate and had good sightlines
Chris Grassmuck
Great arena. Wish it was easier to get out after the game.

Seeing eye animals/service animals within reason are welcome. A dog named Moose maybe. 😁
You can also get them at the arena or call the box office
Call.
If county issues a travel advisory why wouldn't Blue Cross arena close so that people who bought tickets for Disney on Ice could either get a refund or be able to go on different date? Seams unfair for us parents that weren't comfortable driving in last nights conditions to lose out on that money. Shame on Blue Cross Arena for being selfishly grredy.
Yes I think so
You have to call the arena to see and u have to hire clean up crew unless u want to ask them if you can use their contract
Go to the box office
It doesn't state anywhere, but here's their number. 585-454-5335.
That's not a question that's a rant!
Cameras with a fixed lens are allowed unless otherwise posted
Unless they are sold out you can.
The prices are all different for each event
As a season ticket holder you can redeem them. But as a normal ticket purchasing a patron just to a random game I don't think you can.
iam sure the bca sees these comments as well. wanted to bring in outside candy and was told i wasn't allowed to and that i should eat the 2 boxes of candy in line or throw them away. felt very violated by the so called security person
I don't know you can check the arena site scheduele
When i went to see luke it statred at 7 wevwhwee out by 11
I was able to use my phone with no issues.
Sounds like the correct response. Call arena or public relations personnel for the event.
Not sure but you can call Ticketmaster and find out
Yes.
I was there last week to see Knighthawks Lacrosse. We were as high as M 216. The view was great. I guess it depends on what the event was. There were plenty of empty seats also. The crowd was up close to the Arena
There is no place to check your coat. Never being in one of the suites, I can only assume there are closets available.
Actually all 3 of you were wrong.. we finally got ahold of box office. And she was free..so anyone that might ask this the answer was no.
Downtown Rochester. Google maps will get you right there and there is plenty of paid parking available
They open at 9 am unless there is something going on that day they close at around 7
The bags will be served you can't take no water no food or none of that into the arena
They will search it...yet another venue that uses "protect us from terrorists" as their excuse to enforce the no outside food & drink policy
