Valid points Abigail. We have to expect that they can't always be on time because they're waiting on US- the customers. If they're traveling solo, I'm sure they'd leave on time. But things happen. We're not always punctual as traveling individuals coming from as far as other borrows or even from right around the corner. So i say that to say that persons criticising their departure time are really unfair because it's the customers that determine whether they leave on time or not. As a weekly traveler, the traffic isn't always clear either and that plays a major role in our travel time.

Unfortunately no. I'm sure there are companies that do travel between CT & NY but I don't know of any.
Call them directly to see if they do offer anything... but I highly doubt it.
