Too bad that I could not give them a negative zero for rating, I would. The 19 windows that we purchased are 90% with caulk smeared marks from their installers and we are still cleaning them ourselves. Brandon the owner came by and responded to that with, "Well just use lacquer thinner and it will come off." When my husband questioned isn't that supposed to be the installers responsibility to clean the smeared caulk since they were the one that put it there and he said "NO, every company is different". Also, the windows are defects with scratches between the glass and a crack in one of the frames. We regret buying from them and would not recommend anyone to them. Save your money and time and go with another company. Still waiting to hear back from Brandon regarding all the above. It took him one month to responded to the 1st complaint and just submitted the 2nd complaint for defect and damages and now it is a waiting game.

Left work early for a 5pm appointment only for them to no show on me. No voice-mail requesting cancelation or to move to a different time/day. Complete waste of time for me and a lost sale/customer for them. I do not and will not recommend under any circumstances.

Replaced 6 vinyl windows, 1 sliding door. Outstanding experience start to finish – WW team was knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent communication throughout. During install last month, they also helped troubleshoot the cause of a prior issue, and implemented a measure to ensure the best outcome. Originally obtained 6 estimates in 2021. Escalating building supply prices prompted tossing out the highest and waiting to see if prices stabilized. While deliberating the others, friends raved about their new WW installs. The recommendation helped, but 2 key items also supported the decision: 1) Transparent Pricing. WW unit calculations are clearly spelled out for every window option on the estimate (no ambiguity), 2) Value. Preferred WW's product sample and warranty, a nice surprise they were among the most affordable options. So happy with the finished product; colors look richer, more vibrant - outside noise, quieter. What a difference, wish I replaced them sooner!

After installing your new replacement windows we remove all old windows from your property and dispose of them properly. If you wish to keep your old windows or storm windows, please notify the installation crew as soon as it arrives for your installation.

Since every window ordered is custom-built to fit your home and design choices, manufacturing times vary. Once delivered, the type of window being installed and the type being removed help determine the amount of time needed to complete the job. On average, each window takes about 30 minutes. Trim work and cleanup will require additional time to complete. An average job will take a single day.
Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
Window World installs replacement windows year-round. An average installation will take only one day. Our crews install one window at a time and are trained to do what they can to minimize heating/cooling loss. The energy savings from your new windows will recover any incremental energy costs incurred during their installation many times over during their lifetime.
The majority of our replacement windows are installed from the outside. In some situations it may be necessary to install from the inside. On the day of installation, your installation expert will assess your unique situation and explain the process that will best suit your home.

The term "Any Size" refers to any size replacement Double-Hung window our manufacturer will construct. Currently this is a minimum width and height of 15" X 26" and a maximum of 48" X 78". "Installed" refers to the removal of a basic Double-Hung wooden window and installing your new Window World replacement window, using the existing wooden stops.
