Finally broke my glasses I have had for 5 years, now living in a new city. I called quite a few opticians around Chili,NY and was told by all of them it would be a month before they could even see me. So I decided to walk into my local WalMart Vision Center, Tina the manger made an appointment for me for 2 hours later! I saw the Dr who gave me a complete thorough eye exam. My glasses came in 3 days later, I was blown away. Every interaction I had with the staff, which I spoke with all of them....was excellent, SUPER NICE people!! The customer service at this location is off the charts. I have to admit I was skeptical being a WalMart, but boy was I wrong and happy I decided to give them a chance. I have shared my experience with friends and family and will....and already have referred them. If you are hesitant, don't be, go see this team, you won't regret it!!

Dr Todd Wendel is a fantastic Eye Dr. My previous glasses from a year and a half ago were so out of focus from a different eye dr. Recently received new glasses with new prescription from Dr. Todd Wendel, now my vision is crystal clear, big difference like night and day. Highly recommend Dr Wendel.
