Dequan Smith was absolutely phenomenal to my Mom and I for our rental! We returned to Rochester for my baby shower and needed a car for the weekend. Dequan was quick, efficient, personable, professional, and super responsive. He provided us with his card, walked the car with us, and even switched out one vehicle for me upon request within minutes. I returned the vehicle on a holiday, and Dequan called me the next day to confirm receipt of the keys/vehicle, its good condition, and that he would close out the rental. He made the entire process by far the easiest and most pleasant car rental experience I've ever had. Super grateful, and will recommend all of my family and friends to him when they are in need of a rental in Rochester. The store itself was clean, and the prices were the best in the region.

The enterprise I always go to allows me to park my car there until I return the rental and this location doesnt know. Which is weird because a couple years ago I was able to leave my car. This was an huge inconvenience for me so, I go to the Henrietta location which is usually the one I always go to but its 20 mins away from my home.
