Not much in terms of parking from my visits. I won't say that Utica is high crime but wouldn't leave my car downtown. Uber in from a free park & ride? That's not much of a solution. Cars are limited to a half day at Park & Rides? There's a ramp at the Marriott, but that might cost mucho money. Rome has a cinder lot but it is on the edge of town.
