By far the best company I have ever rented through if there's any type of problem they handle it with no issues or hesitation I would definitely recommend they are so easy to contact and moving in was a breeze

I feel this is not a company that people should rent from they never give any details of what’s going on. They won’t even call you. All they do is give run around I applied for a place almost a month ago just to say someone else was approved. Which I don’t understand how if my application was being worked on. They still have it listed but someone else is approved why allow ppl to apply knowing it’s been approved. I feel they are a scam and waste of time. I’m someone who is moving by choice and they are making it very difficult. I don’t understand why it takes so long to know information they take ya money for fee and drag u along until u give up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND working with them. And the man that answers the phone might as well be a robot. He’s no help what so ever. I know I put one star but I give them NO STAR and I agree gotta be family and friends writing good reviews because I have heard nothing good about them.

I send my application in gave them a fee they never answered they phone then somebody finally said my background check was good they house I wanted they said I didn’t get accepted to honestly I don’t why I didn’t get accepted but I pick a different house only for them to tell me they gonna call me back and I can get the house nobody never called back I texted and called them for a good 6 mths straight they would text back once in the blue and say they house not ready it’s been almost a year now they house is still on the website smh I’m starting to think they scamming for people $20 fee all they property is affordable and they have a lot of homes so I’m just confused on why nobody can’t get a home from you guys if they houses are not ready why post them on the site that’s weird
