Today's website said the box office was open so I drove downtown to exchange my tickets for next week's concert. When I got there, the door was locked. I knocked and an unfriendly woman came and told me in no uncertain terms that they were closed. It would be helpful if you would keep your website updated.

Many hours yesterday; between 8PM and 10:30PM and agaain at 3AM and 3:30AM;also 9AM andNoon today, Your site had us in the "waiting room. Apparently the " Black Friday Sale was successful. What about us left in the waiting room? Any tickets for us?
