I haven't done too much business at this location, usually we're using the ones around Springfield. I was having kind of a blue morning with some problems getting things rolling at work everything was taken forever with no sign of looking up when I got to Lowe's and fortunately walked up to Julie's counter. Her sweet disposition totally changed my mood, putting a different spin on my day. She was happy to see me, genuinely, we are complete strangers but she treated me like she knew me which was really nice. In my opinion, the best customer service representatives treat customers like friends. I don't have to question whether or not she's a valued employee here. I know she is, from the way she acted. I can't think of any business that wouldn't want a customer-centric guru such as she. I just hope she's getting paid what a one in a million employee deserves to be paid. Julie, thank you for making my day! I wish you the best and this is one five star review Lowe's would not be getting without the asset that is you! Sorry I seem to be gushing but I believe but exemplary actions deserve extraordinary gratitude!

Today, I was so lost with what I needed and one of the workers saved the day. Lol… Ya learn something new everyday at Lowes, or I do at least . And plus, I got a smile today, and I gave one back 🙂

Waited for assistance for 20 minutes with multiple people walking by unwilling to help. Pushed the button and still nothing. Tried to find someone and they said they’d get someone and nobody ever came.

I know lowes uses the porch app for contractors to do jobs, like tile. Instead of in house
Would be nice if you told everyone what it was. You should return it. They should take it back and refund your money.
Yes if you have the receipt or gave them your phone number at time of purchase.

Staff is masked and that's about it. No mask enforcement, or distancing from most of customers I encountered.
