Would be nice if you told everyone what it was. You should return it. They should take it back and refund your money.
Have been dealing with Lowes since 1995, have always had satisfactory results, never been requested on a return, had purchased appliances, great service plan, you should talk to them if a purchase was unsatisfactory, they do the very best they can in customer satisfaction.
I didn't mean device, I meant contractors hired by Lowes, plus lack of communication between them and the paying customers
