I went to this SpeeDee location for a regular oil change and air cabin filter replacement. Less than a month later I went to my usual and trusted mechanic for more complex work and discovered that the oil cap had not been replaced and that the air filter cover was lost. I had to spend over $300 to have my engine degreased, to get another oil change/fill as there was nearly no oil left after sloshing all over my engine, a new air filter which was now coated in oil, and for a replacement part for the air filter cover. I called SpeeDee immediately and spoke to the manager Randy who stated he believed me and had me email him and send photo evidence. He told me that he would review video recordings they keep of the work done and that someone likely needed retraining. I have since called weekly and was told that the owner alone would have to remedy the situation. I have had no return call or response to my emails or any attempt to right me either at the time I initially called or since from Randy or the owner. This was clear negligence and now terrible customer service.

I was relieved that this location was open less than a week after Hurricane Ida. They changed my oil and were very courteous to me. I will come back soon.
