I been without power sence August 12 2021 i have kid's we are tired and Hungry today is August 14 2021 still no power i been calling and calling and they don't care we are stressed to the max it's 80 degrees in my apartment this is just crazy and i am just done with Board of Public works

Outstanding dedication to their customers!! Power was out due to an icy tree falling into a power line and it was in bad shape. They were thinking it would be sometime next day but, they got it done same night!!! Thank you!!

Terrible!! Terrible!! Terrible!! Hardest people to talk to about anything and never get same answers dont go by thier own rules then you or anybody the choose to pay for it. No matter its gonna go deep in your pocket!! I know there is really hard working people that work there but the whole office needs to be fixed as bad as the water here does and quit favoring certain people to help and charge the ones that struggle to keep your yards, trees maintained while your nieghbor can have trees cut down that arent in lines..I could go on and on....Need major changes and show how hometown you are bet they would do lot lot better...
