Lone Star Physiques has been great working with the specific needs of my staff. They worked with us to create a health care option that could be utilized by all of our staff and they have loved it so far! They have specialized nutritional plans and customized fitness plans! They have been flexible and even offer digital/virtual options for those who choose to workout at home. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

Yes. She is a fabulous trainer. She knows how to motivate you and pushes you to the edge, but never too far.
